Rather than allowing an AI agent to read files directly, engram intercepts these reads and assembles a compact context packet from multiple predefined providers. This system enables the AI to receive crucial structural information, decisions, git history, library documentation, and known issues in a single call, which avoids unnecessary costs associated with reading data already processed elsewhere.
