Moving Beyond the Prompt is an innovative literacy course designed to provide a comprehensive framework for understanding and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) without delving into advanced prompting techniques. This course targets individuals who might have a basic technical background and familiarity with chatbots but are not professionals in the AI field.

The curriculum is structured into three progressive stages:

• 101: Large Language Models: Here, AI is introduced as a tool, likened to an Iron Man suit that enhances productivity when employed appropriately.
• 201: Practical Application: In this stage, AI transforms into a collaborative teammate that adapts to user feedback, enabling real contributions to workflow.
• 301: Systems Thinking: At this advanced level, AI evolves into a cohesive infrastructure, operating across various roles—drafting content, adjusting tone, and formatting outputs for publication—effectively resembling an integrated team.
