Secure communication using air gapped technology and QR codes.
Pitch

AEC offers a user-friendly GUI for encrypted communications via air gapped PCs and webcams. Seamlessly create and recover QR codes for secure messages, utilizing public key encryption through NaClbox. Ideal for those seeking privacy and security in digital communications.

Description

AEC (Air Gapped Encrypted Communications) is a user-friendly graphical interface program designed to facilitate secure communication between an air gapped PC and an online PC using a webcam. This innovative solution leverages visual QR codes to enable encrypted message exchanges in a secure environment.

Key Features

  • NaClbox Key Pair Creation: Easily generate a NaClbox key pair to establish a secure communication channel.

  • QR-Code Interaction: Capture and recover QR codes seamlessly to facilitate secure message sending and receiving.

  • GL2AEC: Use GL2AEC to capture AEC QR codes directly from an Android smartphone, enhancing accessibility for mobile users.

  • E2Q Integration: Send AEC messages to Usenet Newsgroup alt.anonymous.messages through esub QR-Codes that can be easily decoded on Android devices.

  • Anonymous Retrieval: Use the Fetch tool on Android for anonymous article retrieval from alt.anonymous.messages, ensuring privacy during communication by providing the esub key.

  • Secure Email Transmission: For emailing AEC QR codes, the Hermes Nym Mixnet email Gateway is highly recommended for anonymous communications.

AEC employs NaClbox for robust public key encryption, ensuring the security and integrity of all communications.

This project is dedicated to the classic narrative of secure communication between Alice and Bob, embodying the principles of privacy and cybersecurity. Contributions and support for the AEC project through cryptocurrency donations or via Buy Me A Coffee are appreciated.
