Autopilot Job Hunt is an open-source AI job agent designed to streamline the job application process. This innovative tool scans over 130 company careers pages nightly, evaluates job postings against your resume using an advanced language model, and provides timely alerts through Telegram. Additionally, it offers the capability to draft tailored cover letters and resumes, ensuring a personalized job application experience.

Key Features

Automated Job Scanning: Every night, the tool scans various careers pages and retrieves new job postings to keep you updated.
Intelligent Scoring: Each job role is scored from 0 to 100 based on alignment with your resume, utilizing a comprehensive analysis of your work history and the job description. This eliminates the guesswork involved in assessing job fit.
Custom Alerts: Receive instant alerts via Telegram highlighting top job matches, allowing for quick action on suitable opportunities.
Draft Applications: For any job that piques your interest, easily generate tailored resumes and cover letters on demand.
Privacy First: The application is designed to draft only and never applies on your behalf, ensuring that you maintain control over your job applications. Detailed information about what data is used can be found in the PRIVACY.md file.

How It Works

The workflow of Autopilot Job Hunt can be visualized as follows:
