Cypher_project is an advanced hybrid Neural-Symbolic AI interface specifically designed for the educational sector in Ireland. This innovative system, known as CYPHER-SECURE v8.9, integrates robust cognitive processing capabilities using Mistral Medium within a Hy/Lisp macro-shell environment. By enforcing stringent school regulations and incorporating hardware-level whitelisting through FleetDM, CYPHER-SECURE provides a securely managed educational tool, referred to as the "Dublin Guardian."

Key Features

• Immutability: The system is engineered to be unchangeable and reliable, ensuring that it cannot be modified or used to leak Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• Cognitive Framework: Utilizing Mistral Medium in conjunction with LangChain and Hy-Macro gates, the system undertakes effective permission validation while providing a local cultural context through Irish RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Enhanced Security and Privacy:
  • FleetDM enforces strict whitelisting and geofencing, limiting access exclusively to the Irish territory.
  • Implements a 120-Hour Auto-Purge policy, ensuring all history and conversation buffers are securely deleted every five days.

Directory Structure
