hwatu is a daemon-based browser that separates the WebKitGTK engine from lightweight client windows, giving tiling-window-manager users near-instant browser windows, minimal chrome, built-in ad blocking, and automation hooks for coding agents.
hwatu is a daemon-based WebKitGTK browser built for tiling window manager workflows. It keeps the rendering engine in a long-lived daemon and opens lightweight client windows on demand, similar in spirit to emacsclient or wezterm.
