About this project

MCP OS Native Automation provides a robust open-core framework crafted for Windows AI agents. With unparalleled performance, it achieves background UIA invocations in under 8ms and eliminates vision token costs, ideal for enterprise RPA workflows. Perfect for developers seeking to optimize front-end operations.

MCP OS Native Automation is an advanced framework designed for high-performance Windows AI Agents. This Open-Core solution delivers a remarkable reduction in latency, achieving as low as 3.9ms response time, while supporting background UI Automation (UIA) invocation and safeguarding your enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows.

Overview

The repository features Front-End Operation Master (FEOM), a robust front-end operation engine tailored for AI agents. It allows developers to efficiently handle real-time structural OS routing, eliminating costs associated with vision tokens, enabling seamless integration and enhanced performance.

Key Features

High-Speed Performance: Capable of achieving ~8ms background UIA invocation, significantly improving operational efficiency.
Open-Core Edition: Test and verify functionality without incurring costs, making it accessible for developers across various budget levels.
Hybrid Terminal Mode: Experience a drastic reduction in execution times, saving up to 73.2% on total end-to-end processing compared to traditional methods.

Feature Comparison

Feature	Open-Core	FEOM Pro / Enterprise
MCP Server Framework	✅ Included	✅ Included
UIA Tree Structural Read	✅ Included (~75ms)	🚀 Predictive Async Cache (<1ms)
Win32 SendInput Click	🟢 Standard (~3.96ms)	⚡ Zero-Alloc UltraClick (<1.0ms)
Background UIA Invoke	🟢 Basic (~8ms)	⚡ Win32 PostMessage (~1ms)
Multi-Monitor High DPI	❌ Static Coords Only	✅ Dynamic Scaling Matrix

Operational Principles

Front-End Focus: Emphasizes visible execution during automation, ensuring reliability.
Pre-Action Verification: Safety mechanisms confirm structural states before input actions.
App Management Protocol: Avoids abrupt terminations that could disrupt operations.

Hardware Efficiency

This Open-Core framework stands out with minimal hardware requirements:

Run on any CPU without the need for a dedicated GPU.
Supports headless operation, making it cost-effective and versatile.
Drastically lower overall costs compared to traditional RPA solutions, with zero operational costs per click.

Examples of Use

Usage is streamlined with simple commands:

# Verify instant boot:
terminal("start calc")

Enhance automation effectiveness with tools designed for optimal performance:

Tool	Description	Latency
feom_click	Click at screen coords via SendInput	~4ms
feom_uia_invoke	Invoke UIA element by AutomationID	~8ms
feom_launch	Launch app via terminal pipe	~0.01s
feom_list_windows	List all visible windows	~75ms

MCP OS Native Automation offers a powerful solution that prioritizes performance, safety, and accessibility, paving the way for advanced automation in enterprise environments.
