This project introduces MSB/MIB, a new way to measure what GDP and UBI can’t: the real mobility and lived wellbeing of people in fully digital economies. Built around a single transaction tax, a universal dividend and a mobility indicators layer, the framework turns raw digital traces into actionable insight for policymakers.
