This experimental project enables users to access content through various protocols, with current implementations including an HTTP-to-SMS gateway and an HTTP-to-Markdown gateway.

The name "neo146" is inspired by Turkey's historic public dial-up service, which operated on the dialing number 146. This project was developed in response to the 19 March 2025 uprising in Turkey, aimed at supporting protesters following the arrest of Ekrem Imamoglu, a significant political figure.
