About this project

QECTOR is a high-performance quantum error correction platform designed for Claude Code and Claude Desktop. Providing robust mathematical verification and local integration, it ensures fail-closed integrity for both enterprise and academic quantum research. Built with security and performance in mind, QECTOR integrates seamlessly with a range of tools to facilitate advanced research.

QECTOR: Advanced Quantum Error Correction Engineering
QECTOR is a sophisticated, high-performance environment designed for quantum error correction (QEC) focused on integration with Claude Code and Claude Desktop, compatible across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. This robust system is grounded in strong mathematical foundations, strictly enforcing the condition $H c \equiv s \pmod 2$ across 10 distinct code families supported by 5 different MWPM/BP-OSD backends. It provides a reliable infrastructure to maintain fail-closed integrity crucial for both enterprise and academic quantum research.

Key Features

Local and Secure: QECTOR operates entirely offline, ensuring zero egress security. This design guarantees that sensitive quantum error correction simulations are never transmitted to the cloud, safeguarding proprietary information.
Mathematical Verification: Every component of syndrome decoding is mathematically strict. Approximations are not tolerated, ensuring the utmost reliability in quantum state management.
Fail-Safe Mechanisms: The system incorporates deterministic error notifications for mismatched matrix dimensions or unrecognized code families, eliminating silent failures that could corrupt quantum states.
Statistical Precision: All Lattice Error Rate (LER) threshold sweeps are executed with exact Wilson 95% confidence intervals, rejecting any point estimates that lack bounds.

Comprehensive Ecosystem

QECTOR features a variety of commands, specialized agents, and domain primitives designed to cater to diverse aspects of quantum research and development:

Commands

Utilize commands tailored for various tasks, including setup, decoding, and statistical analysis:

/qec-desktop-connector # Configure the MCP
/qec-setup # Guided setup and audit
/qec-decode # Perform syndrome decoding
/qec-threshold-sweep # Run LER sweeps with confidence intervals

Specialized Agents

Multiple agents facilitate focused roles within the QECTOR environment:

qec-researcher
qec-developer
qec-validator
qec-sysadmin
qec-hardware-engineer

Skills

A set of 28 domain-specific primitives encompassing various areas of QEC strength, including core architecture, performance tuning, and more.

Architecture Overview

QECTOR operates with two integrated Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers connected to the qector-decoder-v3 core:

qector-library: Provides stable decoding and licensing tools.
qector-bench: Contains research tools crucial for advanced quantum analysis and system setup.

QECTOR enhances the Claude Desktop experience with a custom connector extension, allowing seamless access and configuration directly within the application’s settings.

This repository offers a complete engineering solution for QEC practitioners looking for a verified, efficient, and secure framework to support their quantum research initiatives.
